Gert's design ethic stems from an urge to make women look and feel beautiful. His secret? An unerring eye for beauty - in all shapes and sizes; a down-to-earth demeanour, that endures him to his many clients; and an irrepressibly creative eye.
Through his twenty years of experience, Gert has enjoyed designing dresses for women around the globe, winning many accolades along the way. He recently expanded into Europe opening his first studio in Mayfair in London, from where he consults once a month. Gert offers a 'couture' made-to-order service for Wedding Dresses and
related Bridalwear i.e (Mother-of-the-Bride, Bridesmaids, Flower Girls etc) as well as designing eveningwear and accessories.
Gert's couture service is highly-personalised. Apart from the initial design consultation, Gert is at each fitting, ensuring that every detail is incorporated, and he will even go to the length of hunting down the perfect finishing item, if required, to complete your ensemble!
Whatever your individual style and preference, Gert and his team of skilled seamstresses have the experience of working with exquisite fabrics, laces and sequins to create personalised gowns for any type of wedding or occasion.
